Happy New Year to you, our fantastic clients!

We're so pleased to be heading into a year that's filled to the brim with promise. We have a whole bunch of exciting new projects that we can't wait to get started on - and we'll be sharing our progress with you via our social media channels. 2017 is going to be quite a year in terms of home design, construction, and renovation.

Some trends will be firm favourites for years to come, while others may fall by the wayside over time. Either way, we're excited about any new trends that cross our path and would like to share what's up-and-coming with you.

Colourful Large Appliances

This year seems to be the year of statement-making, and what better way to do that than by installing a range of gloriously colourful appliances? Say goodbye to that boring old fridge, and buy yourself something that's a real eye-catcher.

White and Wood Combo Kitchens

Here's a trend that is almost guaranteed to stand the test of time. If bright colours are too much for you to handle, you can head in completely the opposite direction and still fit in with the trendsetting homeowners of the year.

Black Steel in the Bathroom

Here's something completely new. Black steel and glass is the award-winning combo for bathrooms this year. It's bold, it's daring, and you'll love it once it's done!

Docking Stations for Digital Nomads

With the increasing number of people working from home part or full-time, homeowners are looking for ways to incorporate their work stations without making a design faux pas. "Docking stations" are the way forward.

People are looking for a more modern way to store filing cabinets, documents, and printers in a more "plug-and-play" type of environment. Ideally, these stations should only be highly visible when in use. For the rest of the time, their existence should be seriously understated.

Hanging Lamps

The results are in: table lamps are out, hanging lamps are in. The playful, decorative nature of hanging lamps adds something special to any room. With such a large variety to choose from, you're definitely spoiled for choice.

What are your thoughts on these trend so far? Is there anything you could work with?
